Home Remedy for Skin Itching
Skin itching is a common problem that is due to many
different reasons. The possible reasons might be the bugs that often present in
your garden or outside the house. Their biting action is very strong towards
the human skin and it turns into a very dangerous itching problem. Sometimes it
causes due to the infection in blood and spread the poisonous impact in the

suitable home remedy for the skin itching problem with the help of these herbs.

essential for our thousands of needs until we come across the situation of

beautiful but also beneficial. Every beautiful plant has its own significant
role in our lives. There are some home remedies good for various skin
complaints such as rashes, itching, eczema, etc.
1. Clay
Clay proves to be the best ingredient for rubbing onto the
itching areas of skin and also reliable for acne problem. Clay can be easily
available to you in your garden side. It gradually heals the venom out of the
skin completely and also reliefs the pain. The bentonite or montmorillonite
clay is best for this purpose because it is powerful enough to heal instantly.
- Take clay and mix it with a cup of filtered water in a bowl.
- It will become like a creamy consistency like that of the texture of peanut or butter.
- Dab this paste eventually onto the areas where you feel itching.
- Let it dry itself then rinse with warm water.
2 . Apple Cider Vinegar
You can buy apple cider vinegar from any super market. It
has anti-septic, anti-fungal and anti-bacterial effect so it may be helpful in relieving
the itching and pain. This remedy is best for dry skin. You can also add apple
cider vinegar in your bath tub while taking bath.
- Take a cotton ball and pour few drops of apple cider vinegar on it.
- Dab it gently onto the areas that are most affected.
- Make sure to use organic, raw and unfiltered apple cider vinegar.
3. Clay with Apple Cider Vinegar
Another thing that you can do is mixing the clay with apple
cider vinegar. The combination of both of these can strongly affect the itching
skin.
- Take some amount of clay.
- Now add few drops of apple cider vinegar in this paste instead of water.
- The texture will become like foam.
- Apply this onto the itchy areas and wait until it gets pet dry.
- Rinse it off with warm water.
4. Peppermint Leaves
If you want a constant relief in your pain then go to the
peppermint leaves as it contains a cooling sensation that will definitely help
your pain to be completely settled up.
- Take some peppermint leaves and grind or crush them.
- Rub the crushed or grinded leaves directly onto the affected areas.
- If you want to have a double cooling action then you can mix crushed leaves with water and freeze this into the ice cubes then rub onto the itchy skin.
- Ice cubes will numb the areas and will bring down the inflammation and swelling.
5. Fresh Basil Leaves
For the scratched and itchy skin, fresh basil leaves is
highly recommended because it gives best results. Basil leaves contain camphor
and thymol that fight against the itching.
- Take some amount of fresh basil leaves.
- Crush or grind the leaves and rub directly onto the affected parts of your skin.
- Use this remedy twice a day then see the result.
6 . Aloe Vera
Aloe vera is known to everyone and its benefits are
uncountable related to the skin. It has many qualities suit to the specific
skin problems. Aloe vera contains the ability to heal the reaction due to the
sunburns. On the other hand, it is proved to be the versatile plant to heal and
soothe the skin swelling and irritation.
- Break out some aloe vera leaves from its plant.
- Cut it and open lengthwise from top to the bottom with the help of knife.
- Squeeze out the gel like material present inside the leaves.
- Rub the aloe vera gel directly onto the itchy skin.
- You can put the extra gel into the refrigerator and use it again.
7. Fruit Peels
Many different citrus fruits are generously available in our
surrounding and there are thousands of varieties found in these fruits. On the
other hand, each fruit possess its own benefits. From those fruits, banana peel
is known to be powerful to heal the itchy skin areas.
- Take out the banana peel.
- Put the peels in the sunlight for a day.
- Now grind the peel and mix with some quantity of water.
- Apply onto the affected areas.
8. Oatmeal
Oatmeal is also concerned with the itching problems. A
compound is present in the oatmeal called as avenanthramides which is helpful
in reducing inflammation. This trick is famous around for ages and everyone
tries this first.
- Take some plain, organic, uncooked oatmeal in a bowl and mix with a little water.
- Let it settled down for a few minutes until it reaches into a paste-like consistency.
- Apply this paste to the itchy areas.
- Now let it dry well then rinse it off with cold water.
