1. Hydrate Your Lips From Within
Winter season seriously effects on your lips as they remain dehydrated all the time so you need to special care for this. The first thing you should do that try to take 8 to 10 glasses of water per day. But on the other hand, everyone has different requirements for water intake in their bodies so it would be better to consult your doctor first that how much water you should drink based upon your overall health fitness level.

Besides drinking water, you should eat vegetables and fresh fruits that are rich in water content. The fruits are cantaloupe, watermelon, kiwi, apples and watery veggies like cucumbers, zucchini, carrots and tomatoes. Fruits and vegetables are rich in vitamins A and C.
